What we collect.

Bad Ash Bakery is a small home bakery. This page explains, plainly, what happens to your information when you use this website.

The order form does not keep a copy of anything. When you press send, your details are passed once to Cloudflare, which emails them straight to Ashley. Nothing is saved in a database on this website.

What you send us

When you email or text an order enquiry, we receive what you chose to send: typically your name, email address, phone number, the date you need, and the details of what you want made. We use it to quote and fulfil your order, and to talk to you about it. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Order form submissions and email sent to our address are delivered by Cloudflare and land in a Microsoft 365 mailbox, so those providers handle them in transit and storage as they handle any email.

Advertising and analytics cookies

We may run ads on Facebook, Instagram and Google. When those campaigns are active, this site loads:

These record page views, the pages you visit, rough location and device information, and whether you submitted the order form. They do not receive the contents of your order.

If no advertising campaign is running, these tags are not loaded at all — no script is fetched and no advertising cookie is set.

How to opt out

Children

This site is meant for adults placing orders. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Keeping and deleting your information

Order emails stay in the bakery's inbox so we have a record of what was made for whom. If you would like your enquiry deleted, email us and we will remove it.
